International Council of Clergy is founded in New York City by the presiding primate, Bishop General Emmanuel Komong who is a spiritual father and the Presiding Bishop of Dominion Life Global Ministries, a ministry he founded 11 years ago with passion for rural ministry and mission in Tamale in the Northern Region of Ghana which headquarters is now in Cayman islands of The United States of America with 16 planted churches.
Bishop General sits on the board of many respected ministerial networks worldwide, he is the vice-chairman of Dayspring Ministers Fellowship International (DMFI) an international network of over 5000 pastors and ministers worldwide and also the North-Western Africa Regional Prelate for New Life Christian Covenant International Inc. (NLCCI).
He has authored four books and he is an international conference speaker who have spoken in countries in Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Portugal, Sweden, Turkey, Cayman Islands, Bahamas, Cuba, South Africa, Togo, Ghana, Nigeria and many other countries.
